The hiking programme at the foot of the Zugspitze

Guided hikes in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena

Better together: Active holiday guests who prefer to go hiking in a group can participate in guided hikes in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. Alongside the weekly hiking programme, local mountain guides from the seven villages at the foot of the Zugspitze are also happy to take you on private tours. Discover the beauty of the region’s nature in great company!

Tip: For holders of a guest card, the guided hikes are a free service. As a popular advantage card, the Z-Ticket is yet another fantastic option for even more fun while on summer holiday.

Hiking to picturesque locations and learning more about the local flora and fauna at the same time. Enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the mountains and listening intently to the secret tips for finding other hidden gems of the region. The programme of guided hikes offers true added value for your summer holidays on the Tyrolean side of the Zugspitze. Week after week, active holiday guests can choose from a variety of routes through the stunning landscape of the Alps.

Good to know: You can register for the weekly hikes either by directly contacting the mountain guides or by getting in touch with the tourist information offices of the seven towns in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena.

Important: The event calendar shows all current dates for guided hikes. However, the time and date might change on short notice due to the weather. Please remember to wear sturdy footwear for all of the hikes!
